Memphis Depay opened the score board of the match in the second half after scoring the first goal of the match and the first goal for Atletico Madrid.
Carrasco later doubled the lead for Atletico Madrid giving them an upper hand and Manchester City were brought down to two goals nil.
Ruben Dias brought one goal back for Manchester City but it was too late for them to be able to equalize. The match ended.
