Reason Why FIFA cannot enter into the Barcelona-Dembele dispute.

In every company, country or cooperation there are rule and guideline which the workers or those involved in their activities has to follow.

Now, rule that Barcelona has signed about who can intervine in their dispute with there players who are in contract are very unfavorable to FIFA.

The rules completely deny FIFA from interfering with there transfer issues. Barcelona are currently having issues with Dembele who is likely to join Paris Saint-Germain.

In order for Dembele to join Paris Saint-Germain, the club will be required to trigger his contract which will help Barcelona get alot of profit. But FIFA cannot interfere, why?
