On the other hand, Bayern Munich were also in talks with the goalkeeper for him to sign for their club. But,in favour of Arsenal football club, David Raya preferred Arsenal over Bayern Munich.

Currently, I understand that David Raya has reached an agreement in principle with Arsenal on personal terms.
Brentford have been informed by player side that he wants to join Arsenal — and talks between clubs over formula/price are now expected to accelerate.
