Close sources has confirmed that Paris Saint-Germain has placed Neymar Jr to the market, the club is suggesting that they want to creat a team with younger players.
Reliable sources has confirmed that Neymar Jr is in concrete talks with Chelsea football club for him to join them this summer.
But, Neymar is keen to rejoin Barcelona this summer, but there is an internal debate at the club over whether the club should sign the forward, reliable sources told E News.
